Mini Photo Shoot

includes a 20-30 minute photo shoot, the use of our

BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM MADE FAIRY DRESSES,

designer wings, props, and forest setting.

To help local moms have a more convenient opportunity to have their children photographed in our unique fairy portrait theme we will be doing the portraits in your local area in a portable studio set up at: ____________--___________--_______ this will save you the approx. 1 hour drive to our studio located in Clearwater.

For helping us out with new samples of local children like yours, you will be receiving a COMPLIMENTARY  sitting which includes our unique background, props and custom made fairy dresses, headpieces, and custom created fairy wings for the little girls. We also do the little guys in fishing and warrior outfits.

The appointment for photography takes 30 minutes and you will be returning to your local satellite studio in approx. 2 1/2 weeks and view your enhanced portraits by our digital artist with improvements like water and fairy dust on the wings, and the little boys catching fish out of the water.

Keep in mind you are under no obligation to buy any extra portraits unless you are pleased with both the quality of the pictures and the prices, you will always receive your free sitting, $150 gift certificate towards any extras you might want. And for letting us use your little ones for local samples your choice of a $200 wall portrait at no charge.

In order to avoid lines and waiting we ask for a $25 appointment guarantee fee which is completely refundable when you view your artistically enhanced portraits 2 1/2 weeks after they are taken

BONUS!! We will also be giving each mom the choice of her favorite pose in a unique $200 WALL PORTRAIT for children photographed during the Saturday & Sunday Sessions.

Coming from the North:
Go to US 19 and go South
Exit at State Road 580 Dunedin and go East (left) under US 19 and go past the Countryside mall located on your right hand about 1 mile and you will see the Countryside high school located on your left-hand side, go past the high school and through the stoplight and you will see a strip center located on your right-hand side with a Verizon store and a pancake restaurant. At the end of the strip center make a right into the entrance of Amber Glades Mobile home park, at the gate you will see a call box, and please hit #53 and the gate will go up. At the stop sign take a right on to Diamond, go to the next stop sign and take a left and go to #53 which is on your right, and park

Coming from the South:
Go to US 19 and go North
Exit on to State Road 580 Dunedin and go West (right, not towards Dunedin) and passed the Countryside mall located on your right hand about 1 mile and you will see the Countryside high school located on your left-hand side, go past the high school and through the stoplight and you will see a strip center located on your right-hand side with a Verizon store and a pancake restaurant. At the end of the strip center make a right into the entrance of Amber Glades Mobile home park, at the gate you will see a call box, and please hit #53 and the gate will go up. At the stop sign take a right on to Diamond, go to the next stop sign and take a left and go to #53 which is on your right, and park

Coming from the East:
Go on to Interstate 4 or US 60 heading West and go towards the Tampa Airport and cross the Courtney Campbell Causeway (US 60 West) to the 2nd stop light which is McMullen Booth Road and take a right-hand turn heading North approx. 2 miles, proceed past a Mcdonalds located on your right-hand side for a couple of lights and take a right on to State Road 580 heading East
and you will see a strip center located on your right-hand side with a Verizon store and a pancake restaurant. At the end of the strip center make a right into the entrance of Amber Glades Mobile home park, at the gate you will see a call box, and please hit #53 and the gate will go up. At the stop sign take a right on to Diamond, go to the next stop sign and take a left and go to #53 which is on your right, and park

Get on to State Road 580 heading East and proceed past the BJ Store located on your right-hand side and cross US 19 and go past the Countryside mall located on your right hand about 1 mile and you will see the Countryside high school located on your left-hand side, go past the high school and through the stoplight and you will see a strip center located on your right-hand side with a Verizon store and a pancake restaurant. At the end of the strip center make a right into the entrance of Amber Glades Mobile home park, at the gate you will see a call box, and please hit #53 and the gate will go up. STUDIO POLICY REGARDING RECORDING DEVICES...Please be advised that the use of any recording devices such as cameras, cell phones, video equipment, etc... are not permitted in our facility. The use of these devices will result in the termination of this photo session due to non compliance with our studio policy.

I understand that I will forfeit any fees pertaining to this appointment and no refunds will be issued. We politely ask that all recording devices be tucked away during the entire photo session experience & viewing presentation. (Please kindly step out into the lobby if you must use your cell phone)

I commission Fairy Portrait Studios to create images of the above mentioned minor(s) and I understand that all images/digital files will remain the property of the studio.
